With more than twenty years of experience, he has obtained an UEFA B Coaching License, as well as Coaching Level 2 and Scout Talent ID 2 certifications. Brian has successfully scouted numerous skilled professionals who currently compete in the highest echelons of football. He has conducted scouting assignments for a variety of clubs, including those in the Premiership and Championship levels such as Crystal Palace, Brentford FC, Charlton Athletics, and Cambridge United.
